Terms:
Payment by credit card is required at time of order. Cheques and bacs or bank transfers are acceptable but your order will not be put into production until funds have cleared.
How to Send Orders:
We prefer orders be placed through the shopping cart. Phone/verbal orders are not accepted but you can submit written orders via email to info@displaysgalore.co.uk . Displaysgalore.co.uk is not responsible for errors submitted on orders.
Carriage, FedEx:
All prices on the website include carriage on a next working day basis to a single UK address excluding the Scottish Highlands.
Please contact us on 0845 402 1808 or info@displaysgalore.co.uk with details of anything other than this that you require and we will take care of it for you.
Lead Times/Delivery:
All lead times are estimated and begin from receipt of payment or approval of the preproduction proof in the case of printed products. Displaysgalore.co.uk shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses caused by delays in manufacturing or delivery. We do not ship on third party accounts.
Carriage Weights:
All carriage weights listed are approximate.
Returns:
Please click on the Carriage & Returns link at the bottom of this page for full details relating to damage products. Unprinted product may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Printed products and custom orders may not be returned.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and are subject to all costs incurred.
Artwork:
Please see our graphic guidelines for file set up and upload instructions. We are happy to help. Please call 0845 402 1808 if you have questions.
Preferred Software:
The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator. We also accept Adobe PhotoShop. All fonts must be outlined. Feel free to enquire if you would like to submit a file in another format. Click on the 'Artwork Guides & Tips' link in the page header for more detailed information.
Production Time:
For Unprinted items, begins upon receipt of your order and payment in full. For printed items, begins upon receipt of your approval of e-proof or hard proof if ordered. See the individual product information pages for related production times.
Returns & Claims:
Please click on the Carriage & Returns link at the bottom of this page for full details relating to damage products. Claim for Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods and be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (contact info@displaysgalore.co.uk). At its sole discretion and in line with the respective product warranties which are available to view on the individual product pages, displaysgalore.co.uk shall have the right to give credit, repair or replace any product returned according to instructions given when RMA is assigned and confirmed to be defective. Displaysgalore.co.uk shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses
Art Charges:
If the artwork you supply requires revision you will be given the opportunity to make this revision yourself or we will offer to do it for you at a charge that we will quote for your approval before work proceeds.
Matchprints/Proof:
Pre-production Proofs:
An e-proof is provided at no charge. Production lead times begin the day after we receive your sign off.
Should you require an actual color proof for our printed products, we will provide a matchprint proof to show accurate colours, size and position for a charge of £40 including carriage. Please check the matchprint for accurate positioning of all elements & colours, and submit written approval and/or revisions or approval in writing.
Production will not begin until we receive your approval.
• When uploading your artwork please state the PO# in the file name along with your company name.
• Inkjet and laser prints, faxes, or files taken from web sites generally do not have sufficient resolution to be used as cameraready art for offset printing. If this is all that is available to you, enquire and we may be able to recreate your artwork for a reasonable price.
• If you need to have images scanned, our flatbed scanners are usually adequate. If colour reproduction is critical, however, we can have high-resolution scans done for you.
