All prices and quotes are ex works ie excluding all carriage charges.

Carriage charges are calculated on an individual consignment weight basis.

General Goods Returns

Any product faults must be notified to us by phone and confirmed in writing, within 5 days of your receipt of the goods

Pop up systems all carry a 'Lifetime Return To Base Waranty' for the original owner only

All other products carry a '2 Year Return To Base Warranty', except Silver Roller Banner Stands which carry a '1 Year Return To Base Warranty' for the original owner

Graphic panels carry a '5 Day Inspection Warranty'

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers for inspection within 10 days of their receipt
